Raw Material Preparation

Tiles Formation

The slurry or powdered mixture is poured into molds, which determine the shape and size of the tiles.

Tiles Glazing & Polishing

Glazing is an important step that adds a protective layer and enhances the aesthetic appearance of the tiles.

The dried tiles are coated with a layer of glaze, which is a mixture of minerals, pigments, and additives.

The glaze can be applied using various methods such as spraying, dipping, or roller coating.

After glazing, the tiles may undergo additional processes like screen printing or digital printing to add patterns, textures, or designs.

Tiles Firing

The glazed tiles are placed in kilns and fired at high temperatures, typically between 1100 to 1250 degrees Celsius.

The firing process vitrifies the clay and other components, transforming them into a hard and dense material.

This firing process is essential to achieve the desired durability, strength, and water resistance of the Vitrified tiles.

The firing time and temperature may vary depending on the specific tile composition and desired properties.

Packing Dispatch

Once the tiles pass the quality control checks, they are packaged and prepared for distribution to retailers or customers. The tiles are carefully stacked, packed, and labeled to ensure their safe transportation.
